Ordering and Delivery

Please contact us to discuss your potential order.

All orders are taken on a first come, first served basis. When you place the order and send us the 40% deposit, we will send you a receipt by return and confirm the delivery time. We will hold a verbal booking for 7 days without a deposit. The balance of the payment is payable on completion. On multiple yurt orders we may need to negotiate staged payments.

Guarantee

All our yurts have a one-year guarantee on workmanship on the cover and five years on the frame. Doors are not included as experience has shown that, even though we make every effort, we have no control over the environment the doors are in and they can be prone to movement. For this reason we are unable to provide a long term guarantee on them. If you find a fault please get back to us as soon as possible to have it rectified.

Delivery times

In practice two weeks is the minimum time to make a yurt. We do have some yurts in stock as well as our hire collection. The average delivery time is from four to six weeks but can be longer in peak periods and for larger yurts (24 foot and upwards). If possible order in the autumn or winter to beat the rush. Check on delivery times as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We make every yurt to order, and so seek to ensure you are getting the right yurt for your requirements. If you are in any doubt please check with us when placing your order, as deposits are non refundable.
